The Public Interest Leaders of the Boston Bar Association are proud to present this engaging program that will explain everything from how to land a position on a Board to the skills you will need in order to be effective. With a focus on critical issues for nonprofit trustees, experts on corporate governance and non-profit law, nonprofit accounting, and fundraising, will take you step-by-step through the components of Board service. This program will be particularly valuable to lawyers who have not had significant experience serving on charitable Boards but would like to.
