Overview: Over the past decade, the American college campus has been reshaped by the Internet. Distance education programs have proliferated. Library resources have been transformed by digitization. Universities have become Internet service providers with new challenges and responsibilities. Intellectual property law has been scrambling to cope with these changes.
Program objective: This Program will bring college lawyers and administrators and IP practitioners up-to-date on the evolving legal landscape of the digital campus.
