The panel will offer valuable insight into what makes a construction project successful, from the viewpoint of each party.

- What are the factors in choosing a design team and a contractor?
- What are the obstacles during construction to a successful project?
For the lender:
- What makes a particular project appealing?
- How does a lender approach a financing decision for a development project?
- How important is a relationship with the developer, the contractor or both?
- What are the obstacles during construction to a successful project?
For the lender’s counsel:
- What are the critical factors in protecting the lender’s interests while keeping the project viable?
- What is their role in reviewing and negotiating assignments and consents?
- How do those two roles intersect?
