New London : What it means for Massachusetts Click here to order course materials from this program Following the recent controversial Supreme Court decision in Kelo vs. New London, which sanctioned the right of the government to take private property by eminent domain for economic development, this program will explore its impact for attorneys practicing in Massachusetts.
