Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board Practice Wednesday, October 25, 2006 Location Sponsors Who should attend: Tax lawyers and litigators interested in expanding their practice to include the ATB, as well as practitioners with cases at the Board who wish to benefit from the insights of the experienced panel. Program overview: The ATB is one of the busiest courts in the Commonwealth, handling a large number of important Department of Revenue and property tax cases, and yet is unfamiliar territory to many tax lawyers and litigators. The panel of experienced practitioners will take you step-by-step through common appeals procedures and offer practical pointers. Board personnel will also provide their insights. The program will conclude with a tour of the new ATB premises, including courtrooms and introductions to ATB clerks.* The panel will address:
