This program, designed for family law, criminal law, and general practitioners, will review criminal issues that arise during the course of representing parties in family law cases, and how best to address them.

Learn how district court and probate court judges view the cross-over of divorce/custody and domestic violence issues, and how to competently address them in either forum.  In addition, the panel will address what issues to look for and where to obtain advice in dealing with them.

Attendees will hear from forensic psychologist, Dr. John Daignault, frequently called upon to give expert testimony, together with judicial faculty who will offer practical tips for lawyers involved in such cases.
