This "quick and dirty," fast-paced annual criminal law program is designed to give the criminal practitioner an overview of the major developments in state and federal criminal law and the impact of these cases as well as other administrative, legislative and procedural changes/issues that have impacted the practice of criminal law in these three forums.  A distinguished faculty of judges and practitioners from the Federal Court, the Superior Court and the District Court will discuss critical changes in the criminal arena in 2006 as well as anticipated issues for 2007 and beyond.

You will learn approaches to the law and criminal practice that prosecutors and defenders, alike, can take full advantage of to maximize the benefits and minimize the drawbacks of the practice in this interesting and important area of the law.
