Thursday, October 12, 2006
3:00pm – 6:00pm, networking reception to follow

This program is designed for all levels of consumer bankruptcy practitioners and will examine what has happened since the new law came into effect...one year on. Panelists will review all the important cases on the new consumer provisions and discuss “Best Practices” that have been, and continue to be, developed.

Attendees will learn practical tips, including how to navigate the new provisions in the most efficient and effective manner. In addition, the clerk of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, the U.S. Trustee and the Chapter 13 Trustee will share their viewpoints on the new law and its impact on bankruptcy practice in Massachusetts.
