Silveri, will provide a paragraph-by-paragraph explanation of the standard form Purchase and Sale Agreement, examining what each means.  He will also explain critical modifications that must be made depending on the transaction in order to protect both buyer and seller clients. This program is essential for the new associate, or anyone who is unfamiliar with residential real estate transactions and interested in gaining a better understanding.
