Join us for this exciting annual conference that covers timely topics in Superior Court practice and procedure. 

At the conclusion of the seminar, all attendees are invited to attend a reception where you will have the opportunity to meet with the panelists and fellow attorneys.

I. State of the Superior Court
Chief Justice Barbara J. Rouse will discuss the state of the Superior Court. 

II. Current Issues and Recent Developments
Judge Ralph Gants will discuss the Business Litigation Session, proposed Rule 9A, and a proposed Superior Court Standing Order on discovery.  Judge Peter Agnes will discuss the development of the Massachusetts Guide to Evidence.

IV.Expert Panel Discussion About Practicing In the Superior Court
Judges Barbara Dortch-Okara, Judith Fabricant and Thomas Billings will field questions prepared by expert panelists Jeffrey J. Upton, William A. Zucker, Walter Prince and Daniel Tighe as well as questions from the audience.  The judges will also offer helpful tips on oral advocacy.
