On November 4, 2008, Chief Justice for Administration and Management, Robert A. Mulligan, announced the promulgation of new Child Support Guidelines that are to become effective on January 1, 2009. These changes are the most comprehensive revisions that have been made since the Guidelines were first promulgated nearly twenty years ago.  Any attorney who handles Divorce, Paternity, and Support Modifications must be familiar must become proficient in calculating child support under these new guidelines.

This program will be a very interactive approach to learning how to utilize the new Child Support Guidelines for any temporary or final order of support. The panel, consisting of many of the members of the Task Force, is ready to answer all your questions about these new guidelines. Special break out sessions will insure that each attendee will walk away from this program with a thorough understanding of how to calculate support under the new Guidelines.
