Growing a law practice requires practitioners to build a solid infrastructure.  This includes adopting practices and procedures that will protect the firm, contribute to its growth and maintain its viability.  This program will provide tools to help practitioners get started on the right footing and continue to maintain a healthy and thriving law practice, even in a challenging market.

The panelists will discuss the ethics issues involved in managing a law practice, provide practical advice and insight into managing the attorney client relationship and offer technology solutions to help practitioners institutionalize sound practices.
