If a company collects or has access to financial information, health information, or the personal information of a Massachusetts resident, it is now subject to regulation by one or more of the panelists. This CLE will give you a chance to hear from and speak to regulators in charge of enforcing the new HIPAA/HITECH requirements, the new Mass. Security Regulations, and the FTC Red Flags Rule and other FTC enforcement initiatives. This is not intended to be a basic description of the statutes.
