This materials set will teach participants to address
concerns unique to servicemembers and veterans. These materials
cover creation of durable powers of attorney, wills and trusts. The
Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, the Americans with
Disabilities Act as well as programs available via the Veterans’ Employment and
Training Service will be examined. These materials will also provide instruction for assisting clients in a
variety of landlord / tenant and real estate matters including leasing, VA
loans, low-income and accessible housing.
