On Saturday January 26
th the Boston Bar Foundation welcomed over 800 members of the Boston legal and business communities, including Governor Deval Patrick and First Lady Diane Patrick, to the Museum of Fine Arts for the annual John & Abigail Adams Benefit.
The BBF Public Service Award was presented to Carol Fulp, President and CEO of the Partnership, Inc., for her continuous efforts to enhance the lives of Boston’s underserved populations through cultivating minority leadership and mentoring of underprivileged youth.
The 2013 Adams Benefit raised approximately $570,000 in contributions and donations. Funds raised will support the BBF’s mission of promoting justice by funding innovation in legal services, enhancing access to justice for the underserved, and supporting the public interest activities of the bar.
