Boston Law Collaborative Institute Is Offering a Workshop on the Psychological Dimensions of Implicit Bias

On April 5-7, 2019, the Boston Law Collaborative Institute will be offering a workshop on the psychological dimensions of implicit bias.

Trainers, Dr. Percy Ballard and Kate Lingren, LICSW – are pioneers in using the Internal Family Systems Model as a technique for understanding how our biases arise and what we can do about them.

The program is open to all – lawyers, mediators, mental health professionals, HR professionals, teachers or anyone with a concern about implicit bias and its impact on our society. They are now offering a 50% discount to all members of MCLC, MCFM, the Massachusetts Chapter of AFCC and to all volunteer mediators for community mediation programs.
