After being referred to New Bedford Attorney John J. Gushue by the BBA's LRS, a
New Bedford couple has been awarded $188,000 after a jury found they were
defrauded in a real estate transaction. The fraud involved defendants
withholding knowledge of buried construction waste and a 10,000-gallon oil tank
on residential property the couple purchased in 2003.
