The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, the oldest court in the United
States, today released the Ware Report – the findings of an inquiry into alleged
improprieties with respect to the hiring and promotion of employees within the
Probation Department, and a statement by the Justices of the SJC in response to
the report's findings.
