The New Lawyers Section Practical
Skills Series

is continuing its tradition of offering hands-on and useful
programming for lawyers who have recently entered the profession
through its Practical Skills Series. The Practical Skills Series
programs are designed to provide expert advice on core tasks that
new lawyers are confronted with on a daily basis. The topics to be
covered are focused in scope to allow for the advice given to be
in-depth and valuable. The Practical Skills Series will cover the
broad fields of the law, including transactional work, civil
litigation, and criminal litigation. These programs are free and
open to all members.
