The Talent Training and Development Manager develops and implements
substantive legal training and other professional development programs, both
locally and firm-wide, with a specific focus on an assigned practice group. The
position provides general training and development support to other practice
groups in the local office. In addition, the Training and Development
Manager works closely with the training and development teams to ensure the
continued professional development of the firm's attorneys.
