Holland & Knight Names Two Partners in its Boston Office

Holland & Knight's Managing Partner Steven Sonberg has elevated Jeffrey Gaulin and Matthew Mitchell from associates to partners. Both Gaulin and Mitchell practice in the firm's Boston office.

Jeffrey Gaulin, a member of the firm's Syndication practice group, focuses his practice on structuring transactions involving the historic rehabilitation tax credit, the new markets tax credit and state tax credits. He received his B.S., cum laude, from Boston College and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
Matthew Mitchell, a member of the firm's Litigation Section, focuses his practice on employment-related matters, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, wage-hour issues, and family and medical leave. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Brandeis University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School.
