A team of Todd & Weld Lawyers consisting of Howard Cooper, Heidi Nadel,
Megan Deluhery and Julie Schreiner-Oldham were recently recognized by the South
Middlesex Opportunity Council(SMOC) for their “dedicated, generous and spirited
efforts to advance the preservation, protection and promotion of the right of
every person in [our] community to have a place to call home.” The team achieved
a $1 million settlement in a landmark civil rights suit against the Town of
Framingham. In addition, the firm made a substantial contribution of legal
services on a pro bono basis to the effort.
