Sherin and Lodgen Elects Two New Partners

Matthew C. Moschella and Debra Squires-Lee have been elected partner at Sherin and Lodgen LLP.

Matthew C. Moschella is a member of Sherin and Lodgen LLP's Employment Law and Professional Liability Groups and represents clients in all types of civil litigation. He counsels clients in various industries on employment risk management issues, including employment contracts, employee handbooks, non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements. Matt received his J.D. from Northeastern University in 2002, and a M.S.W. and B.A. from Boston College.

Debra Squires-Lee is a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and an experienced trial lawyer.  She represents companies, large and small, public and private, in business tort cases, including fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, and Chapter 93A and complex contractual disputes. She also defends lawyers and law firms in professional malpractice cases. Debbie received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1991 and her B.A. from Cornell University.
