Brown Rudnick, an international law firm, has elected two attorneys from the
firm's Boston office to the partnership: Nina Andersson-Willard and Daniel J.
Brown.

Nina Andersson-Willard handles
general corporate matters, including international business transactions. Ms.
Andersson-Willard counsels companies in all stages of development, both public
and closely held private companies. She assists US companies, as well as
European companies entering the US market, in a broad range of matters including
corporate formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions,
securities law compliance and other commercial and financial transactions. Ms.
Andersson-Willard's practice also involves corporate restructurings and she has
represented both purchasers and sellers in section 363 sales. She received her
JD from Suffolk University School of Law.
Daniel Brown has represented
a number of individuals and businesses in a wide array of matters ranging from
commercial disputes, zoning issues, personal injury, professional licensure and
employment. In addition to representing clients at both the trial and appellate
level, Mr. Brown assists employers and employees with respect to non-competition
agreements as well as drafting employment agreements. He received his JD from
Boston College.
