James Coyne King, co-founder and President of Murphy & King Professional
Corporation, has announced that Damien R. Savoie has joined the firm as an
associate in the Commercial Litigation Group.
In this role, Savoie is
specializing in the representation of public and private companies with a wide
range of general corporate and commercial disputes including: Securities
Litigation and Government Investigations, Business Mergers and Acquisition
Litigation, Business Divorce, and Fiduciary Duty and Professional Liability
Claim. Prior to joining Murphy & King, Savoie worked for three years
as a commercial litigator at McDermott Will & Emery LLP in New York,
focusing on commercial litigation, federal investigations, and toxic
torts.

Savoie received his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest School of Law and his B.A.
from College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, Mass. He is a member of the
Boston Bar Association
