International law firm Nixon Peabody LLP announces the arrival of J. Fraser
Collin to the firm's Boston office. Mr. Collin joins the Global Business and
Transactions Practice.
Mr. Collin focuses his practice on representing private companies and
investors in venture capital and private equity transactions, public and private
companies in M&A transactions and general corporate matters.
Mr. Collin joins the firm from Burns & Levinson LLP where he was also an
associate. He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and received
his B.A. from Boston College.
