On March 24th, the Boston Bar Foundation will be hosting its 2nd Annual Casino Night, where BBA members can join friends and colleagues for an evening of mingling, games, food and spirits to support the work of the BBF and access to justice in our community. Be sure to reserve your tickets now, as the registration deadline is Friday, March 18th. Given the theme of the evening, we asked guests who have already reserved their ticket to Casino Night:

"At which BBF Casino Night game do you hope to hit the jackpot?"

If you would like to respond to a future Voices of the Bar, make sure you send a headshot, and contact Eric Fullerton at efullerton@bostonbar.org.

Russell J. Stein - Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP
"Blackjack.  Hit on 16, stay on 17, split aces and 8s but never split 10s!"

Michael V. Samarel - Burns & Levinson LLP
"Definitely Blackjack.  I’ll be splitting Kings all night long.  That’s the beauty of playing for charity … every bad decision goes towards a good cause."

Alexis B. Kaplan - McCaig Law Offices
"I'm looking forward to playing blackjack and seeing how I do.  It should be simple enough even for a novice like me, and still be fun trying to get to 21 without going over.  However I do with the gambling that night, I'll wager that I will have a great time at the BBF Casino Night!"

Stephen Riden – Beck Reed & Riden
"I'll be happy to do well on any one of the games at Casino Night, but based on my prior experience at casinos, I'll have much better luck at the buffet."

Ryan J. Morrissey - Economic Advisory Services
"The only game I hope to win at is roulette. As for the other three games, the jackpot’s already in the bag…"

Jason T. Green – Attorney at Law
"I'll be taking a risk for a big payday on the Green 00 at the Roulette table."
