Nixon Peabody Announces Deputy Leader for Government Investigations Practice

Nixon Peabody LLP has named David M. Ryan deputy practice group leader for the firm’s Government Investigations & White Collar Crime group.

David, a Boston-based partner, focuses his practice on civil and criminal litigation, including white collar criminal cases and investigations. He represents individuals and corporations in criminal matters in several substantive legal areas, including health care fraud and abuse, financial fraud, foreign corrupt practices, antitrust violations, and civil RICO. He routinely represents clients before state and federal grand juries and investigative bodies.

David is a member of the American, Massachusetts, New York State, and Boston Bar associations. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, and graduated from Cornell University, A.B., cum laude.
