Donald R. Frederico has
joined Pierce
Atwood's Boston office as a partner in the firm's Litigation
Group. Don is an experienced advocate for national corporations in a
variety of industries across the country, representing them in major class
action cases in federal and state courts. A member of the
firm's Litigation Group, Don will be key in the growth of Pierce Atwood's
national class action practice.
Don has more than 30 years of courtroom experience. He previously
co-chaired the National Class Action Practice at Greenberg Traurig. He has
defended clients named in consumer, employment, product liability, toxic tort
and antitrust class actions, as well as RICO, securities, environmental, and
health care litigation.
Don holds a J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School and a B.A. from the
College of Wooster, where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He serves on the boards
of the Boston Bar Foundation, the New England Legal Foundation, and the College
of Wooster.
Don is the latest addition to the firm's growing litigation practice spanning
its offices in Augusta, Portland, New Hampshire, Boston and Providence.
