Corporation has announced that Ryan E.
Ferch has joined the firm as an associate in the Business Litigation
Group. In this role, Ferch will concentrate his practice on complex
business and commercial litigation matters.

considerable experience and a depth of knowledge to his practice," said James

extensive expertise in all matters of business litigation will make him a great
asset to the firm."
Prior to joining Murphy & King, Ferch was an associate at Goodwin Proctor
LLP where his practice focused on commercial litigation, securities and
white-collar defense. Upon graduating from law school, Ferch served as a
law clerk to Justice Robert L. Eastaugh of the Alaska Supreme Court.
Ferch received his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law
and his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
