In accordance with the BBA's by-laws, ballots for the 2011 Council elections
have recently been mailed to all eligible members, and voting has now
begun. Each package of voting materials should contain a ballot
and biographies
on each candidate, as well as a set of two return envelopes.
Once eligible members have voted for officers and candidates nominated to fill
the Council vacancies that will exist on September 1, 2011, ballots must be
returned to the BBA by the close of business on July 1, 2011.

778-1994. Only those ballots received at the BBA by the July 1 deadline
and conforming to the procedures set out in the balloting materials will be
counted.
