Verrill Dana LLP has announced
that Thomas O. Bean has joined
the firm's Boston office as a Partner in the Litigation & Trial group. Tom
represents companies and individuals in business disputes, companies
experiencing financial distress or dealing with suppliers or customers in
financial distress, and commercial lenders. Tom is a graduate of the
University of Michigan Law School, Harvard University, and Washington University
in St. Louis.

Verrill Dana recently announced the addition of Jeff Heidt (health care), Den
White (corporate/M&A), Barbara Gyure, (intellectual property) and Judge
Robert Langlois (Ret.), who is developing a private adjudication practice since
retiring from the bench.
