managing partner of Bingham McCutchen's
Boston office, deputy chair of the Litigation Area and co-chair of the
firm's the Entertainment, Media & Communications Group, yesterday spent six
hours at the Massachusetts State House, waiting to testify in support of
transgender rights legislation. For the past three years, Bingham has scored 100
