Stephen J. Lable, a longtime legal
practitioner, has been named office administrator for the Boston and Providence
offices of international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Lable, 38, formerly served as manager of Recruiting and Client Relations. In
his new role, Lable will be responsible for overseeing general operations and
will focus on issues related to finance, marketing and business development.
"I'm very excited to serve as office administrator for Weil," said Lable.
"This new post gives me the opportunity to serve the firm in a number of
significant ways."
Prior to joining Weil, Lable served as a litigation associate for law firm
Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, and was based in the firm's Boston and Hartford, Conn.,
offices from 2003 to 2008. From 2001 to 2003, he was a litigation associate for
Wiggin & Dana LLP in New Haven, Conn.
Lable lives in Boston with his wife and two children.
