Burns & Levinson LLP has announced
the expansion of its Massachusetts presence with an office in Andover. The firm
will take space in the 300 Brickstone Square complex to help service clients in
the Merrimack Valley, and surrounding North Shore areas.
Burns & Levinson has offices in Boston, Providence, New York and
Montreal, along with Hingham, Waltham and now Andover in Massachusetts;
its clients are able to meet with the firm's attorneys conveniently and
locally. Its attorneys are admitted to practice throughout New England and
in many other states, which expands its ability to assist clients.
"Our firm has historically understood our clients' needs and how we can best
help them address those needs. Our clients want sophisticated and responsive
legal service; to that experience we now add additional convenience by extending
our regional presence," said David Rosenblatt, Managing Partner of Burns &
Levinson.
In addition, Nicholas
Forgione joins the firm as a Partner in its Private Client Group. His
experience in the trusts and estates area blends well with our Private Client
Group practice which consists of over 25 attorneys and other related
professionals who work with clients in the New England and East Coast regions.
The Private Client Group assists clients in estate planning and administration,
probate and trust litigation, tax, divorce, family law, and business-succession
planning. Forgione will split his time between Boston and Andover.
"The synergies between my work and Burns & Levinson's Trusts &
Estates Practice made it a natural fit for me to join the firm," said Nicholas
Forgione. "Top notch client service, along with an interest in increasing
visibility north of Boston, gives me the opportunity to continue serving clients
in the Merrimack Valley and North Shore as well as offer them the depth of
services of a full service firm."
Nicholas Forgione is a member of Burns & Levinson's Trusts & Estates
and Probate & Trust Litigation Groups. He advises clients of all asset and
income levels with their estate planning and probate needs, including estate and
trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate and fiduciary
income taxation. Forgione also works with small and mid-size businesses in
their corporate and succession planning needs. He is admitted to practice
in Massachusetts and the U.S. Tax Court and is a member of the American
and Massachusetts Bar Associations, Director and past President of the
