On May 26th, BBA President Don Frederico testified before the ABA Task Force
on the Preservation of the Justice System at the University of New Hampshire
School of Law. The focus of the Task Force's meeting was the under funding
of courts throughout the country and the corresponding impairment of the courts'
ability to perform their constitutional functions and provide access to
justice. President Frederico described the BBA's efforts to advocate for
funding for the Trial Court. President Frederico's testimony is the first
