announced that Thomas
Bhisitkul, a Partner in the Firm's Real Estate Group, has been selected to
serve as a board member on the Southborough Zoning Board of Appeals.
Bhisitkul's practice is focused on commercial real estate with a
concentration on retail acquisitions and development, commercial leasing, land
use and real estate litigation. He represents real estate developers,
owners, and governmental boards in the litigation and defense of permitting
appeals and other disputes involving zoning and land use regulatory
controls.
Bhisitkul has been a resident of Southborough since 2003.
