BBA Launches New Mentoring Groups for Fall

After a fantastic second year, the Boston Bar Association's Group Mentoring Program is proud to launch a new class of mentoring groups this fall.

Sponsored by the Diversity and Inclusion Section, the mission of the mentoring program is to develop the next generation of diverse leaders within the Boston Bar Association and in Boston's legal community. The program consists of several mentoring groups, each with 8 mentees lead by 2 experienced attorneys. The groups meet monthly for discussions about career paths, work life balance issues and professional challenges.

The Group Mentoring Program is targeted to Young Lawyers and New Lawyers who have been in practice for 8 years or less. We are now forming groups for the fall, and up-and-coming lawyers are encouraged to participate.

Enrollment is limited, so act now. Contact Susan Helm at 617-778-1984 or shelm@bostonbar.org by July 29th if you would like to participate.
