The Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys is proud to be celebrating its
30th Anniversary this year. There will be a luncheon held at the
InterContinental Boston Hotel on September 24th at 1-4pm. The theme of our event
is "Answering the Call to Lead: Celebrating 30 years of Black Women
Legal Pioneers".
The 30th Anniversary event will honor Denise J. Casper, the first African
American female federal judge for the District of Massachusetts and Camille A.
Nelson, the first Black female Dean of Suffolk University School of Law, the
fourth largest law school in the nation. Our keynote speaker is the
dynamic Diane B. Patrick, our Commonwealth's First Lady and Partner at Ropes
& Gray, LLP.
