Nadea Taylor is an
associate in the Corporate and Securities practice in DLA Piper's Boston office.
She focuses on assisting companies and investors with venture capital and
private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and a wide range of general
corporate and securities matters. Before joining DLA Piper, she worked for
the Minority Rights Group in London.
Maya Prakash is an
associate in the Litigation group in DLA Piper’s Boston office. She focuses her
practice on general commercial and civil litigation, as well as intellectual
property matters. Before joining DLA Piper, she was an associate at Ford
Marrin Esposito Witmeyer & Gleser LLP in New York.
Stefanie Jill Fogel
recently moved to the firm's Boston office having previously worked in the
Philadelphia office. She is a partner in the Litigation group where she
focuses on commercial litigation, product liability litigation, and regulatory
and code compliance.
