Robert Foster's nomination as Land Court Judge
was approved by a vote of 5-4. Lt. Gov. Tim Murray was the tiebreaking vote.
Robert was Counsel at Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster and former Co-Chair of
the BBA's Delivery of Legal Services Section (1998-2001) and Real Estate Section
(2004-2006). Robert will fill the vacancy on the Land Court created by the
retirement of Judge Charles W. Trombly, Jr.
