Commercial Property Executive magazine, the leading integrated

manage commercial real estate, has ranked DLA Piper the top Real Estate Law Firm
in the United States.
In ranking the leading real estate group among major law firms,
Commercial Property Executive considered the age of the firm, the
number of legal and non-practitioner staff and offices, publicly reported
revenue, adjusted revenue per employee, the number and experience level of real
estate counsel, the length of real estate practice and the main accomplishments
of each of the real estate practices.
Among the many transactions handled by the DLA Piper real estate practice,
the firm was specifically recognized for representing Normandy Real Estate
Partners in the $930 million sale of the iconic John Hancock Tower in Boston.

the United States in June with its 2011 Award of Excellence. DLA Piper became
the first and only firm to receive the prestigious award twice, having also
earned this honor in 2008.
In addition, The International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers recognized
DLA Piper as the International Real Estate Law Firm of the year in November 2010
