Notice is hereby given that the Boston Bar Association will be holding a
special membership meeting to vote on proposed amended and restated BBA by-laws.
The meeting will be held on December 19, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at the BBA, 16 Beacon
Street, Boston. All members are invited to attend this meeting or to vote using
the proxy
form. A letter from BBA President Lisa Goodheart is included in the links
below, as well as the current, amended, and redlined version of the amended BBA
by-laws, and a memorandum explaining the proposed changes. If you have
