The Boston Bar Association has announced that the
Annual Intellectual Property Year in Review Conference
will take place on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at the Omni
Parker House Hotel. Our largest and most popular Intellectual
Property event of the year digests the most important cases, legislation,
and highlights of 2011.
This year’s program will feature Robert L. Stoll, Commissioner for Patents
(retiring at the end of December) from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, who
will review USPTO developments and offer insight into the Leahy-Smith America
Invents Act which President Obama recently signed into law on September
16. Furthermore, a panel of leading practitioners will cover
significant developments in Patent, Copyright, Privacy, Trademark and Internet
Law.
We hope you will join us for what promises to be an interesting and memorable
evening. For more program information and to register, please click
