The Boston Bar Association is delighted to report that
today the Senate passed S 2094, a bill creating the
Massachusetts Uniform Trust
Code and making technical changes to the Massachusetts Uniform Probate
Code. S 2094 now moves to the MA House of Representatives and the BBA is
hopeful that the bill will be passed before the end of the
year.
