Junior Fellows

Bryan S. Conley, Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP

“I decided to pledge as a Junior Fellow to do my small part in advancing the BBF’s justice-promoting mission of, among other things, providing access to justice for society’s underserved.  The Society of Fellows program provides a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the work needed to help make a difference in improving the delivery of legal services.”

Jennifer V. Doran, Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP

"As a member of the BBA Summer Jobs sub-committee, I see the tremendous difference we can make by providing job opportunities and giving our time to high school students.  At the Summer Jobs graduation last week, the pride which the students and their families had in the students’ achievements was evident, and I am proud to be part of a legal community which is so invested in others.  We may take for granted the privileged position we occupy, but that privilege comes with a responsibility to make it possible for everyone to succeed.  Joining the BBF as a Junior Fellow will support this important mission."

The 41 new members this year have collectively pledged $250,000 for the BBF’s permanent endowment . The BBF Board of Trustees has set a goal of $5 million for the endowment, which will enable the BBF to commit significantly greater resources to support the BBF's mission to provide access to justice for the indigent, opportunities for lawyers to serve the needs of our community, and assistance with grant making activities. With the current pledges, the BBF’s endowment totals approximately $3.3 million.

The Boston Bar Foundation commends all Fellows for their commitment to expanding access to justice and encouraging community involvement by lawyers. Generous contributions like these serve as a lasting gift and help provide a foundation of support for the BBF’s mission.
