Nineteen BMC Judges to Participate in 2014 Summer Judicial Internship Program

This year, 19 judges from the Boston Municipal Court will mentor 29 law students for this summer's Judicial Internship Program. The Diversity & Inclusion Section’s Pipeline and Recruitment Committee works to connect the judges with potential interns.

The program is an unpaid, non-credit internship in which students work directly with a judge for at least 15 hours per week, observing courtroom proceedings and enhancing their legal research and writing skills. In addition, interns are invited to attend and engage in professional development seminars and meetings held at the BBA. We are looking forward to another successful summer connecting with the courts!
