Background:
The Boston Bar Foundation,
the charitable affiliate of the Boston Bar Association, advances access to justice
and supports innovative community outreach programs providing unique opportunities for lawyers
to serve our community.
To date
the 2012 John & Abigail Adams Benefit has raised some $585,000 and
is being co-chaired by Anthony Froio (Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi)
and Christopher Kenney (Kenney & Sams).
Proceeds from the 2011 John & Abigail Adams Benefit provided grants to 25
legal aid providers serving these and other critical needs: assistance for
victims of domestic violence, veterans and their families, and preventing
homelessness.
