Hear about it first at Intellectual Property Year in Review! Thursday, January 18, 2007 On Tuesday the U.S. Supreme Court issued a decision in MedImmune v. Genentech. Gerald Quirk, Vice President and General Counsel of Infinity Pharmaceuticals, will be among the first to discuss this important development in his presentation on licensing at the BBA’s annual Intellectual Property Year in Review Conference.
