Best Wishes to Day Pitney

It’s official! As of January 1, the merger between BBA Sponsor Firm Day, Berry & Howard and Pitney Hardin became final. The new firm, Day Pitney, combines both legacy firms’ strengths in litigation and corporate law, among other practice areas such as government investigations, labor, employment, employee benefits, intellectual property, energy law, and individual client matters.

“Day, Berry & Howard has been a longstanding supporter of the BBA,” said Jim Sicilian, co-chair, Executive Committee for Day Pitney. “With the merger of Day, Berry & Howard and Pitney Hardin to form Day Pitney, we look forward to continuing these efforts and strengthening our commitment to the Boston market."

Providing both geographic reach and increased depth of experience, Day Pitney consists of approximately 400 attorneys and will operate out of nine offices located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
